I have developed skills in a wide range of areas over the years. I completed a plumbing apprenticeship after leaving school and then worked as a plumber. One job that really stands out in my mind was working as a maintenance plumber/groundsman at the Gabba (Brisbane Cricket Ground). This was a great job working with a great team.
After a few years, I decided I needed a change and completed an Associate Diploma in Applied Science Forestry. I then worked in various natural area management positions within South-East Queensland and throughout Queensland in environmental compliance.
Ready for a new direction, I then gained a job as a plumbing inspector. After not to long in this role, I realised I needed a change away from Government work.
So Sandy and I started Afresh Plumbing in 2010. We are now on our third plumbing van and have added a range of plant equipment to help meet our customers’ needs. We appreciate all our customers, are focused on providing reliable services and finding innovative ways to meet their expectations.
